Initial training when a customer purchases CounterAct is vital to help them get up and running quickly and efficiently. We project manager your order and install your new CounterAct system ourselves. We don’t use third party installers.
CounterAct is written specifically for merchants so it is easy to pick up the basics. Less time is spent on learning the fundamentals of how to run the system so more time is spent on features that will benefit the business and improve efficiency.
New system training is carried out on site and tailored to your individual needs. We only use our own trainers who are company employees - no third party training! After each session, a report is written about what was covered with a list of follow up actions for both parties. A full training schedule is worked out with a new user so we can meet their required go live date.
Border is able to offer on-going training for existing users either at our offices in Monmouth or on site. We also offer on line training as well which is ideal for shorter sessions.
Our package includes enough time for full discussion prior to installation of the control file options available (this doesn’t eat into your actual training time). We will also provide you with a test system so that you can practice what was covered in the training and as an on-going tool to test new system features or train new staff.
In most cases we can convert data from your old system to load on CounterAct prior to installation. This can save a new user a lot of time although you may wish to take the opportunity to clean up your data from your old system before loading onto CounterAct. Data may also be loaded from other sources such as manufacturer’s price lists.
