Microsoft is rolling out an update that removes .NET 3.5 from Windows 10 PC’s
Unfortunately Graphical CounterAct requires .NET 3.5 to run.
The easiest solution is just to reinstall .NET 3.5 from the Microsoft Website.

Hopefully further updates will not remove it again.
We are nearly 70% of the way through upgrading our user base to the latest CounterAct release, 2-5B.
In the latest CounterAct upgrade, Border has launched two new mobile apps – stock checking and purchase orders, added more options to Delivery Scheduling and created a powerful new Product Purchase Enquiry report.
We would like to welcome three new staff members to the support team:
Christo Kotze has joined as a new Customer Support Executive. Christo has a wealth of experience in IT, both hardware and software.
Nick Thompson has joined as Support Project Manager. Nick will be helping with new installation and customer training as well as general support.
Becky Harrison is our new Sales & Support Administrator. Becky will be answering the phones, logging calls and making sure everything runs smoothly.
We are working hard to get our new staff up to speed as quickly as possible while making sure we can help you quickly and efficiently with any issues you may have
