This new release is available to all CounterAct users. (CounterAct upgrades are supplied as part of the customer support contract.) CounterAct is developed in house at Border's offices in Monmouth. CounterAct upgrades are released on average 4 times per year.
The major highlights for this upgrade are the new CRM and enhanced sales analysis facilities (see separate news items for details on these.) Also included in this release are improvements to the "last price charged" display in both customer and direct orders. Also added are enhancements to product extract to Excel, the product waste packaging report and company stock reports.
