This new release is available to all CounterAct users. (CounterAct upgrades are supplied as part of the customer support contract.) CounterAct is developed in house at Border's offices in Monmouth. CounterAct upgrades are released on average 4 times per year.
Highlights for this upgrade include a new facility to import and export items in sales order processing and quotes. Also added are improvements to the reports that lets users track which documents have been scanned when using the scanned proof of delivery/collection system. We have also added 3 new salesman authorities to the system as well making improvements to returns notes and giving users more options in searching for customers or suppliers.
