The new release is available to all CounterAct users. (CounterAct upgrades are supplied as part of the customer support contract.) CounterAct is developed in house at Border’s offices in Monmouth. CounterAct upgrades are released on average 4 times per year.
This upgrade includes major new facilities for quotations including better quote follow up options, better quote housekeeping, tighter control for quote conversion and pricing.
CounterAct release 2.1D also includes a new on screen transaction report that allows users to drill right down to individual sales tickets. It also included new notepad options for price book changes with the ability to email reminders on a specified date. Also included are improvements to credit control and supplier reporting as well as a number of other significant enhancements.
Most system enhancements come as a result of customer suggestions through logging of support calls or at the user meetings.
