In the latest CounterAct upgrade, Border has added some major improvements to Delivery Scheduling:
Users can now raise an order to a haulier direct from the delivery schedule. In addition, CounterAct can now give each delivery its own status such as picked, delivered, loaded or delivered and to colour code the status on the schedule. This will provide more real time tracking of deliveries. The corresponding delivery scheduling report has also been enhanced.
This update also includes a series of improvements to the way that emailing works from CounterAct to make the process more flexible and consistent.
Other enhancements in this issue include a new option to group amend products so that they can be flagged as bought centrally. Also, to set a preferred method for direct ordering and returns for each supplier.
Issue notes with full details of the new release will be sent to customers with the upgrade.
This new release is available to all CounterAct users. (CounterAct upgrades are supplied as part of the customer support contract.)
CounterAct is developed in house at Border's offices in Monmouth. CounterAct upgrades are released on average 3 times per year.
