In the latest CounterAct upgrade, Border has added a new potential sales report, setup better controls for purchasing, enhanced CRM facilities and also given users more options to highlight special order products in quotations – particularly useful for those that wish to retain the option of charging a restocking fee for returned specials.
Issue notes with full details of the new release will be sent to customers with the upgrade.This new release is available to all CounterAct users.(CounterAct upgrades are supplied as part of the customer support contract.)
CounterAct is developed in house at Border's offices in Monmouth. CounterAct upgrades are released on average 4 times per year.
