In his introduction, Paul Deane (MD at Border) ran through the changes to the structure of the group that took place last year. Next was a full CounterAct Review – including highlights of CounterAct changes since March 2015 (CounterAct releases 2-5B & 2-C)
Border then showcased two Magento Trading Website they have designed and showed how they integrate into CounterAct.
Border then demonstrated three mobile apps - stock check and purchase ordering as well as a bespoke mobile app project recently completed.
There was then a discussion on EDI for processing and matching supplier purchase invoices. Border discussed the three available options: Full EDI via Freeway or Atlas, Readsoft/Lexmark cloud paper based EDI and a simple archive system.
Finally ,Border presented their new technical services offering as well as a discussion of the roadmap development plans for the next 12 months.
