Design your own loyalty cards or have them pre-printed
The demo' showed how easy it is for users to either have loyalty cards pre-printed or to print their own with a dedicated card printer.
The scheme enables cards to be printed with bar codes that are scanned at the counter to identify the loyalty card holder on CounterAct. The customers' loyalty card account holds all their purchase history and can easily have special 'loyalty card terms' applied against it.
Border then showed how to use the CRM facilities in CounterAct to market to existing loyalty card holders. CounterAct CRM facilities allow mass marketing to be carried out by letter, email, fax or text.
CounterAct includes integrated CRM facilities
User meetings are free events open to all Border customers. They give Border valuable feedback from users on what software enhancements they would like to see in the future, (CounterAct is completely developed in house.) With its training sessions and demonstrations the meeting is also a great way of helping users get the most benefit from their investment in CounterAct.
The meeting was very well attended with lots of ideas and interaction from users and the new CRM and analysis features were very well received. Border will hold a northern meeting in the autumn.
