Border will release a new customer relationship management (CRM) module in the upcoming CounterAct issue 2.2B
This new feature will make it easier for CounterAct users to track customer activity and plan and execute marketing campaigns. Users will be able to setup multiple contacts for each customer and store individual marketing information against each contact.
The 2012 Southern CounterAct User Meeting took place on the 20th March at the Old Court Hotel near Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire.
In the first session of the day, users were taken through the developments in CounterAct that have been released in the last 12 months.
