Border would like to welcome its newest CounterAct customer, Simmons of Stafford Ltd
Simmons is a family owned business that provides a wide and extensive range of landscaping and building materials to both the trade and public. The business operates from a large site on the Tollgate Industrial Park in Stafford just off junction 14 of the M6.
In the latest CounterAct upgrade, Border has added a new Dashboard facility (see news story below for more details.)
Other highlights in this release include a create new account 'on the fly' option for point of sale, a new authority to give different levels of access to account customer details at point of sale – one level being more sales based while the other includes detailed account information. Also included is a new facility to load sales information from eBay.

This powerful feature will be made available free of charge to all users with the latest databases and will be included in the current release of CounterAct (2-3D).
The next upgrade of CounterAct, will include an integrated asset register.
The register holds details of the fixed assets, calculates the monthly depreciation and posts the depreciation to the system's nominal ledger. A detailed asset register report is also included in the upgrade.
Lords Builders Merchants branch in Hayes in Middlesex has gone from strength to strength since it opened at the beginning of the year. The new depot added to their existing branches at Park Royal, Edmonton and Westbourne Grove.
