Border’s User Meetings are designed to really help CounterAct users get the most from their investment in the system. They are also a great networking opportunity for clients to exchange thoughts, views and ideas on how they are using their CounterAct system.
Border recently held a webinar for its CounterAct users to demonstrate its web trading offering.
In the meeting, Border discussed the benefits of the Magento E-Commerce platform and how it has integrated CounterAct with it.
We also went through the process of setting up a new site from concept to design to setup, implementation and on-going maintenance.
Finally, we demonstrated some completed projects as well as showed two demo sites we have created to showcase the many options available.
We would like to introduce a new CounterAct user - Robert Price Builders' Merchants.

The company's headquarters is in Abergavenny with a total of 20 branches throughout South Wales, ranging from Swansea in the West to Chepstow in the East.
Robert Price went live on CounterAct in the Spring. Welcome!

In its latest CounterAct upgrade (2-6B), we have made a number of improvements to CounterAct’s graphical point of sale and customer
order screens to further streamline and improve the order entry process.
A new chargeable option is the Buying Control Panel. This is designed to give an overall picture for company buyers. CounterAct can be set to raise recommended orders automatically overnight where products are required in addition to supplier orders being raised on a diary basis.
Banbury Heating Supplies, Oxfordshire, took the strategic step to invest in CounterAct software from Border Merchant Systems to improve business efficiencies in 2016.
