In the latest upgrade, Border has updated CounterAct to bring it into line with the new VAT rules regarding the accounting for settlement discounts.
Border has also added a very useful CRM Management Report that brings together customer sales data and CRM contact information in one report.
Users can proactively monitor sales to their customers with information that helps them focus on those customers where sales are lower than for a comparable period e.g: the last rolling 12 months compared to the previous rolling 12 months.
If they use CounterAct's CRM facilities, the report will highlight whether customer contact has taken place. Information can be shown in an Excel spreadsheet or as a screen enquiry.
Other highlights in this release include the ability to setup salesman into groups so it's easy to amend system authority/access for a group of users.
Issue notes with full details of the new release will be sent to customers with the upgrade.
This new release is available to all CounterAct users. (CounterAct upgrades are supplied as part of the customer support contract.)
CounterAct is developed in house at Border's offices in Monmouth. CounterAct upgrades are released on average 3 times per year.
