Highlights for this upgrade include new options for the sales and purchase ledge analysis for easy comparison of data, including the addition of pie charts.
Sales analysis enquiry also has new options enable column sorting when viewing values by period and the facility to reverse period column sequence so the most recent data can be seen first or last.
Another new option has been added in CRM for a contact name so that users can set a maximum gap in time between contact taking place with a customer or prospect.
Finally, CounterAct users now have an option for sales documents and quotes to print the words "special order product" after all specials and on request products, so customers can be made aware of products ordered specifically for them. This will be useful if customers want to set different terms for returns or refunds of special order products.
Issue notes with full details of the new release will be sent to customers with the upgrade. This new release is available to all CounterAct users. (CounterAct upgrades are supplied as part of the customer support contract.)
CounterAct is developed in house at Border's offices in Monmouth. CounterAct upgrades are released on average 4 times per year.
