Border held three customer user meetings in early November.
The events began with a review of new features added into CounterAct in the last 12 months. These new additions were demostrated within the wider functions of the system and how the can help merchants improve efficiency. Topics included point of sale, distribution options and CRM.
Border them demonstrated Phase 1 of its new Business 2 Business (B2B) web offering. This new option allows account customers to log in via a secure web portal to access and update account information and make payments.
There was then a review of support and a demonstartion of Border's new label option - BarTender.
Finally, there was a presentation on Border's development roadmap plans for 2018.
There was plenty of customer feedback at all three events. Border intend to hold a webinar shorlty so customers who weren't able to attend can also viewt.
