Through its parent company, Shuttleworth Business Systems, Border can now both supply and support new CounterAct servers as well as the rest of a customer's IT infrastructure.
This includes windows servers, PCs, peripherals, networking, backup and disaster recovery solutions, broadband and VPN as well as cloud storage and windows server hosting.
Shuttleworth employs a team of office based technical support staff and field based engineers that support a wide customer base. The range and depth of technical knowledge within the technical support team is immense. Support staff have access to a range of powerful diagnostic tools to help the quickly identify and resolve potential IT issues.
Internal monitoring systems currently show a 97% same day fix rate across all support issues raised.
