Border Merchant Systems has announced a partnership agreement with Adra Match to supply its range of data matching and account reconciliation software.
Adra Match is a leading provider of software for data matching with over 3000 customers throughout Europe. Their data matching products are primarily used by accounts departments to reconcile transactions and accounts automatically.
Border Merchant Systems is relocating offices on the Tuesday 23rd September. We are moving to a suite of offices in Singleton Court, which is on the outskirts of Monmouth.
Our new offices will give plenty of space to grow in the future and provide a much better working and meeting environment for both staff and customers. All with the added bonus of plenty of parking right outside (always an issue with our old location.)
Our accounts and administration function will continue to be located at the group head office in Kettering.
We launched our new dashboards facility for CounterAct in February and made a standard set of company key performance indicator (KPI) and sales analysis dashboards available to all users free of charge.
In the latest CounterAct upgrade, Border has added new central buying facilities to allow companies with multiple branches to more easily order stock centrally and distribute around the various branches.
Other highlights in this release include the ability to send marketing documents via email with invoice and statement runs and better customer extract information for those that want to use the on-line marketing tool Mail Chimp.
Through its parent company, Shuttleworth Business Systems, Border can now both supply and support new CounterAct servers as well as the rest of a customer's IT infrastructure.
This includes windows servers, PCs, peripherals, networking, backup and disaster recovery solutions, broadband and VPN as well as cloud storage and windows server hosting.
