Border is about to release a brand new CounterAct feature that will allow users to analyse and view their sales data in a more responsive and flexible way.
The new Sales Analysis Enquiry is a powerful tool that allows users to run any combination of analysis reports and chart the output.
This new release is available to all CounterAct users. (CounterAct upgrades are supplied as part of the customer support contract.) CounterAct is developed in house at Border's offices in Monmouth. CounterAct upgrades are released on average 4 times per year.
Congratulations to Border Merchant Systems customer Huws Gray who have recently added to their branch network by opening new sites in Wigan and Stoke-on-Trent as well as adding two more branches in Wales.
Border will release a new customer relationship management (CRM) module in the upcoming CounterAct issue 2.2B
This new feature will make it easier for CounterAct users to track customer activity and plan and execute marketing campaigns. Users will be able to setup multiple contacts for each customer and store individual marketing information against each contact.
The 2012 Southern CounterAct User Meeting took place on the 20th March at the Old Court Hotel near Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire.
In the first session of the day, users were taken through the developments in CounterAct that have been released in the last 12 months.
