We are pleased to announce that our parent company, Hermitage Innovation Group (HIG), has recently completed the acquisition of a web development company - Wkdcode.
Wkdcode have many years’ experience in delivering web and e-commerce projects. They have significant Magento expertise to add to what’s currently available via Stratus 21, (our existing web development business.)
This now gives us 14 full time UK based web developers working on e-commerce and web development in the group. Part of the strategy is to be able to offer this expertise to Border customers both on a bespoke basis but also to accelerate our integrated B2B web development.

Manningham Concrete Ltd continues to grow and expand with the help of e-commerce
Based in Bradford, this family run business supplies both the building trade and DIY enthusiasts. Manningham sells a wide range of products from hardware, timber, doors, fencing and decking to roofing and tools. It also had a dedicated kitchen and bathroom showroom, as well as a separate door showroom.
In the latest CounterAct software release (2-7B), we have made a number of improvements to CounterAct’s document management options.
CounterAct now has the facility to add and link documents for viewing in customer orders, directs, customer details, quotations, purchase orders and returns to suppliers.
In addition to being able to archive returns to suppliers, supplier delivery notes can also be scanned and stored against purchase orders.
All these document management options are included as standard in the core CounterAct system.
We have released details of the CounterAct webinars that we will be running for the rest of 2018.
We willl be running one webinar per month covering subjects such as CRM, Supplier Rebates, Buying, Sales Analysis, Price Book and Stock Control.
All the webinars will be recorded and loaded onto our You Tube Channel.
